Option #1:
Credit/Debit Card via PayPal*
BrandonsVision accepts payments to settle account
balances due through the online payment portal, PayPal. The official website
for making payments through PayPal is
https://www.paypal.com/.
BrandonsVision’s
registered email address on PayPal is
BrandonsVision@Gmail.com
and ALL payments should be made to this email address only.
*PLEASE NOTE: Unless
otherwise stated, all transactions paid to BrandonsVision,
through PayPal, a 3.5% Online Payment Processing Fee is
applied per transaction. Bulk payment is suggested. All
transactions through PayPal are subject to their terms and
conditions and are not necessarily the terms and
conditions of BrandonsVision. BrandonsVision uses PayPal
as a third party online merchant for digitally collecting
accounts payable. Please visit PayPal at www.PayPal.com
for more information regarding their Terms and Conditions.
Payments not received within 7 days of the posted due date
on your invoice, may incur an additional late fee not to
exceed 50% of the original invoice amount due, per month, for three
months in which the debt will be turned over to a
collection agency, representing delinquent accounts for BrandonsVision. Notification options are available via
courier mail or via email, upon pre-approval and request.
Payment Option #2:
Personal/Business Check
BrandonsVision accepts checks as a valid form of
payment, pending the following requirements:
For US & Non-US clientele:
• Check must be issued from an FDIC insured financial
institution.
• Balances will be considered pending and not paid until
the check clears.
• All balances are invoiced in USD currency and must be
paid in USD currency.
• All overdraft fees will the responsibility of the check
issuing party.
• Starter checks are currently not accepted.
Please Note: When paying by
Check, please
make payable to BrandonsVision. Please include your 7
digit account number or website name in the memo section of your check.
Payment Option #3:
United
States Postal Service Money Order
currently not accepted. Money Orders received that
are not issued by the USPS, will be returned at the
client's expense and may result in an additional late fee
surcharge.
Please Note: When paying by USPS Money Order, please
make payable to BrandonsVision. Please include your 7
digit account number or website name in the memo section of your money
order.
Payment Option #4:
Cash in
Hand with Electronic Receipt
If you have access to the Greater New York
City Metropolitan area and would like to meet in person to
settle balances due, please email
Billing@BrandonsVision.com
to schedule a meeting. Due to time restraints and
locations, a meeting may not be available at the time of
your request.
PLEASE NOTE: For all, payments that are voided without
prior notification to BrandonsVision, there will be a 10%
overdraft fee applied, in addition to a 30% bank balance
fee for bounced or no-funds available payments. Please
make sure to check your respective balance before making a
payment. All payments made to BrandonsVision that do not
follow the options above will be returned to the sender,
at the sender's expense and will be subjected to
non-payment penalties. Currently, foreign currencies are
not excepted. Please make all payments in United States
Dollars (USD). These options of payment are subject to
change without notice. Please visit this page frequently.
